Frequency of Occurrence: After a factory reset (and persists even after another reset).
APP Name: Settings>Security and Lockscreen>Google Play system update

Even deactivating and clearing every Google Play/Services app it is still red.
If we try to update it manually, it says "already latest" even it being in Oct. 2019 version. (?)
