Glitch on screen and sound - Lag

On the last few months my zenfone 5z is lagging everyday, even if I am not using it very much. I noticed that when it starts to lag, everything that I do glitches (The screen and the audio). Every time that I listen to any audio it glitches and became impossible to understand, that way I need to clean RAM to listen to a single audio, and if I need to listen to another, I will have to do the same thing again.
