So, I've been to SV mobiles, a shady looking small shop which is the authorized service centre of asus in Tirupati. I had a software problem in my Zenfone 5z which resulted in losing my network.
So, I've gone there and the mechanic said that it was a software issue and charged me 500 RS for the software change.
This is where the real fraud begins, after 3 days, I pay the money and take the phone home and came to see that my back glass panel was removed and I could see the gum sticking out of it.
They say that it is a software issue and change my hardware.
If there is anyone from Asus reading this, please remove them as your authorized service centre.
