Fingerprint unlock disappearing in split of second

I am unable to use any app which requires unlocking from fingerprint unlock, the fingerprint unlock screen (attached screenshot) comes and disappear in split second before i place my finger in fingerprint unlock. It only works for one time after i restart my phone but starts happening from second time. I tried starting my phone in safe mode but it did not tixed the issue

Device Name - ASUS_Z01RD
Build number - QKQ1.191008.001.WW_user_100.10.107.123_20210131release-keys
Fingerprint version - v1.04.07.13
Android version - 10

One more information Fingerprint which is under microsoft work profile is working fine to open work apps. As of now i have deleted fingerprint from device security.

We'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
