Hi, Been having trouble with my fingerprint scanner not registering. I've never had a problem until a few days ago. At first it was working here and there very poorly but as the day progress it stopped working and looking through the settings there's no longer an option in my screen lock. I didn't get notified of a system update or any updates so I don't know why the option is now gone. Has this also happened to anyone else or any idea how to fix it?

Hi pretty.cherry_, We would suggest that you update to Android 10 and check if the problem is still appearing. If you haven't received the update yet, you may check update in Settings > System > System updates. Thank you 🙂

Is that update slowly being rolled out. I've checked a few times for system updates but my phone shows as up to date with Android 9
