Hello,
Suddenly th fast charging in phone (zenfone 5z) stopped working.
I have already tried a different cable but doesn't seems to be working.
The phone has android 10. With all the lastest software.
Please help!
Fast charging not working
Try to check with other 18w fast charging adaptor. If it works than time has come to change your adaptor. Ifnot than definetly there is something wrong with charging port either try cleaning the port with toothpith covered with some cotton on it try to gently clear debris/dirt inside the port and check again with original adaptor & cable if still issue persist than please take your device to neareast service centre as early as possible and get your device checked.
Note :- please dont forget to backup your important data before you submit your device to nearest service centre.
