Last edited by flaviosoares84_8W3 on 2019/5/22 16:06 After the update made available today WW_16.0615.1905.100, my cell phone has the following bugs: 1- Do Not disturb mode inoperative and closing suddenly when selecting in the option "Exceptions" 2- Camera keeps locking and closing when trying to record videos with the headset connected. Apparently the proximity sensor bug was fixed in this release. I did some tests and it is working normally.

(How to enter the safe mode: http://www.asus.com/zentalk/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3105&highlight=safe%2Bmode) Please click settings> apps & notifications> see all apps > 3 dots menu > reset app preferences. If this problem still appears, please kindly show me the screenshot of your "Exceptions" setup. (2.) I still cannot duplicate this matter on the camera version 4.2.11.1, firmware version WW_16.0615.1905.100.
