Audio wizard stuck in Wide mode and unable to Set a listening Profile

Facing this issues Since few days whenever i try to change to traditional or front it just goes back in Wide mode
Even the Listening profile dosent just set,
If there's a way to fix this Glitch please Tell me.

Takes back to default but only in the interface, the sound still the same as before. 😞
