Detailed description:
My Zenfone 5 ZE620KL is stucked at battery logo as seen in the attached video. (taken Nov 26, 2020)
If I try to hold power button to turn it on, it will display the following order:
Display 1. Powered by Android
Display 2. ASUS logo
Display 3. Black screen
It never reaches to the Zenfone 5 loading screen.
Please let me know how to resolve this and what could be wrong. I only used the device for less than a year. I bought it in 2018, and it stopped working in 2019. it is about a year now and I want it to be functional.
I hope somebody here can help me.

Hi SaintChuy
Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
A. Charge your device overnight. Can your device still be charged to 100%?
B. Please try the following steps to access recovery mode for the Factory Reset:
0. Try to back up your data with USB cable. If you can not access the phone, please check if your google account or microSD card have auto backup your data.
1. Power off the phone, then keep pressing "volume down key"
2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration. Still keep pressing "volume down key".
3. Stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen
4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset">"Yes"
5. "Reboot system now"

I'm having similar problem. My Zenfone 5 stays on the battery logo without any changes. If I try to shut it down, it will enter a bootloop and then I need to wait for the phone to die and shut off.
I am unsuccessful in being able to enter the recovery mode.
My battery is also completely out. When the phone is turned off, and I plug in the charger, the phone enters bootloop.
By pressing volume up + power, I am able to enter the CSC Fastboot Mode screen. But I don't think I'm able to do anything there.
Any advice?
