ASUS ZenFone 5 ZE620KL Android 10 AOSP experience version,
This software is only available for update by customers of the WW version.
Please make a backup before updating.
* it is recommended that you update to Android 10. Please update to 16.0615.2002.120 before using the update package.

Known problems:
1. If you use the voice assistant to make phone calls while "Ok Google "is enabled, the voice will not be heard.

Update steps:
1. Android 10 AOSP experience version is open for download. This version is Android native system, not ZenUI system
2. All user data will be removed during the update. Please make a backup before the update
3. This version is the Android 10 AOSP experience version, and the experience will be different from that of Android P. For example, users who have been used to ZenUI are advised to stay in the Android P version

I tested this problem, i called with my house phone to my Asus Zenfone 5 (ok google was disabled.)
The sound from zenfone 5 to house phone = no sound. (FIX=)activate loudspeaker on Zenfone 5 then the sound is back.
The sound from house phone to Zenfone 5 = sound.
Even with ok google disabled the zenfone 5 blocks the outgoing sound, activate loudspeaker on the Zenfone 5 and the sound is back.
The problem has noting to do with ok Google, Settings: enable/disable ok Google will still have the same problem on the zenfone 5 with no outgoing sound.
Disable Google Assistent is still no outgoing sound.
Workaround is activate loudspeaker on Zenfone 5.

Hola actualice mi zenfone 5 a la versión 10 y ahora cuando llamo no me escuchan la única manera de hablar es con altavoz😟 cómo lo reparo o regreso a Android 9…?

Asus has to fix this bug in a next firmware version/update, going back to 9, copy the link and follow the steps to downgrade.
