Yes Android 10 beta for Zenfone 5 is based on AOSP.

See screenshot Question is clear about ZEN UI 6 not AOSP final release will be having ZEN UI 6 mod has clearly mentioned thats under beta testing so nothing but only option is wait

Yes but I am telling about current beta update which was released recently and it is based on AOSP.
