Just to share some findings , in case other users will encounter the same little problems. I updated the phone downloading the Android 10 version ww.100.04.44.98 from the AsusTek web link: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS620KL/UL-Z01R-WW-100.04.44.98-user.zip The updating process went smooth. Problem with Contacts: when the phone restarted I noted that opening the contacts, names and addresses were not visible. Moving to the dark background and moving back to the light background, names become again readable. Problem is solved. Essentially color of the fonts beame initally white on a white background, characters were no more visible. Problem with SD card . After the upgrade, the SD card was recognised, with all the files in it well readable in the Data Manager . Following a phone reboot the card was no more visible in the Data Manager. Rebooting again the phone, the card became again visible. Currently no problem with SD card. Few issues with Widgets: it seems to me that few Widgets are not working well, perhaps it is a matter of learning from my side. No big issues in any case. Microsoft Apps all working, very well: I have installed Edge, OneDrive, Outlook, Office, Microsoft Weather : all work fine, very fast. WhatsApp: working very well. That is all from my side.

I found new issue, this time with bluetooth. When I connect my 5Z to hands free set build in my car, sometimes can't play music from YT, Spotify etc. In app everythink looks ok, but can't hear music. I have to disconnect phone from hands free set and connect it manualy once again. After that every thing works ok. I didn't notice issue with phone calls via hands free set - these allways work fine.

Thanks for the good news! :) The device I bought still not arrive, but it seems better not to update "out of the box". I bought 4GB one, and I don't know if it's enough for 10 (Q). I saw my compatriot's complaint over the RAM management (using 4GB of the 6GB available). I bought it for gaming, maybe I'll be missing some RAM, but I'm on a tight budget for now.

Hi, Though the system performance is better after the upgrade,there is no improvement is camera performance. It would have been better if the AI Charging option is retained

In my country 4 GB version was unavailable so I bought 6/64. After few days with Android 10 I do not see difference in ram consumption between Android 9 and 10. Usually in use I have 3,9 - 4,2 GB. Generally I have no objections to Android 10 for now. I like clean look stock UI and new gestures. Phone works fast and smooth. Im happy with SOT (in this moment i have more than 7h!!!). One thing i miss from Asus UI on Android 9 is double tap to wake up screen.
