Taking time to charge battery after upgrade

After upgrading to the latest version my zenfone 4 is taking a long time to charge the battery. 1- I use original charger and cable. 2-I deleted the data and the problem persists. 3-In Ampere application shows that the current is too low.

Hi Jefferson R., Is your CPU 660 or 630 (charger 9V 2A 18W or 5V 2A 10W)? Does it show fast charging on the lock screen when you charge? Does it feel slow when the phone is in sleep mode or when using the phone while charging? Please try testing how long it takes to charge: 1) Clear the background apps in recent app list. 2) Turn off the screen and keep the phone in sleep mode while charging the phone. > Check how long it takes to charge from __% to 100%, and provide the time to us. Same here. 630 with 10w. However it's not always happening, and if I disconnect and try again it will start charging fast again.
