Firmware/APP Version: Android 8.0
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime
Rooted: No
APP Name: ZenUi Launcher

I'm having trouble installing apps, ZenUi stops working every time I download something from Google play. I already tried the factory reset phone and the problem continues.

Hi leandro.marchini, We would suggest that you try clearing cache & data and check again: Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > ASUS Launcher > Storage & memory > Clear cache & storage. Thank you 🙂
