enfone 4 selfie Stock recovery problem

I was trying to install the android 9 update on my asus zenfone 4 selfie but when i click "install an update from sdcard" it says "unable to mount /sdcard", how do i fix it?

Thank you for your asking. WW-AOSP-16.0200.1907.19 is Android 9 beta version. If there is any function do not meet your preference, please try the Factory Reset first. If the issue remains the same and you prefer Android 8, please perform the downgrade file Version Version ZD553KL_P_downgrade_to_O with SDcard. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

For ZD553KL, ASUS had continuously supported for more than 27 months and there will no longer be any system updates and maintenance.
