Asus ZenFone 11 - SIM card 2 slot disabled

Hey. What is going on with my phone ?

I tried to activate my SIM card slot 2 and it won't do.

Need someone from Asus that really help.

How can I do?

This is very odd, does SIM2 not work even if you change the SIM1 SIM to it?

I did

Only SIM 2. No reception at all.

Both SIM cards, only SIM 1 working.

Install SIM 1 at slot 2. No reception at all.

What's going on with this phone, I thought it would be amazing, I've been regretting to this purchase since I got it. 

Bluetooth issues, then fingerprint no working, now I noticed this I don't know since when is not working.

Tell me does it have a solution?

Note: I do not have time to make a backup and factory reset...
