can u help me. I got the problem when I was done play games and then I open another apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, etc, that apps will bug and automatically change to floating window view. When I continue my activity in that condition, the device will automatically reboot.
I play games like honor of kings, delta force, and so on. Using normal settings and playing in air-conditioned rooms. I have done a factory reset 2x and still experience the same thing.
it always happens when i finish playing a game, it always happens. I have only been using this device for 2 months and it has been like this since the beginning.
