You should read zentalk ! Asus software very Very bad. Asus don't interested update or solving problem about phone or other products. Many users upset. Your Asus phone will waste. Camera will not work good sim will not work normal. Mobile data will problematic. And they will not update your phone long time. They will give update maximum 2 year. Be careful !!

I have been using the Zenfone 11 Ultra since the middle of March this year and I am really happy with it. The phone is extremely fast, no problem connecting with both SIM cards, amazingly good performance of the battery. The software is basically a pure Android, with minor add-ons of Asus UI, which can also be deselected. The absence of blootware makes the phone faster and safer. A software problem raised by an Asus update last month was corrected by Asus more or less in a week. The camera gives good performance, perhaps not as good as the top cameras, very good for normal use, more limited in special conditions such as using high zoom electronic magnification factors. The manual settings allow for visible improvements, especially when it comes to adjusting the light colour temperature. Asus promises two years of operating system upgrades and four years of security updates. This is less than some other brands offer, but not bad in real use.

I have Been used ASUS ZenFone series for 10 years. ASUSwas good company. I had Zf 2 , zf 5 , zf 3 .Although it is not sold in my country, I went and bought a ZenFone 9 from another country. However, the phone was a disappointment for me. Although it had very high-end hardware, the phone's sound quality, photo quality camera software and other software were very bad. Then I upgraded to android 14 and mobile internet and sim connection problems started on the phone. There are hundreds of ZenFone 9 users who have experienced this problem. We asked for help from ASUS dozens of times. First they wrote the admin let's answer, then they didn't come back for our questions and help. These problems are not only experienced in ZenFone 9, all new ASUS phones have similar or different problems. Read on these forums. The point is that ASUS does not solve problems.
