Hello
My Asus Zenphone will only charge when switched off. It will still charge when the charger is left in when switched on but is a pain if everytime I need to charge I have to turn the phone off!
It feels like it shoudl be a software issue but I've tried a full factory reset and still have the same issue.
The phone is still just about in warranty but i don't really want to send off for repair.
Any ideas please?
