Hi folks,
I've been a happy owner of a Z10 for almost a year, especially due to its battery and ease of use thanks to its compact size.
However, after dropping it a couple of times from my nightstand it stopped reading the SIM cards - I have two - and found no solution. I have tried cleaning the SIM card slot and I've also cleaned the cache in SIM toolkit APP (a typical solution found online) but nothing works.
So... I'm here to ask if anyone had this issue and was able to solve it. Otherwise I'll send it to ASUS for repair. Think warranty will cover it?
