ZenFone 10 data don't work while on call

My mobile data works fine while not on call but as soon I make a phonecall they don't work they also disappear from the top right of my screen during the call and reappear when I finish it.I Use the same SIM for data and phonecalls I have two sims.I have tried everything but nothing seems to work help me please I just bought the phone a month ago for a really good price from a retailer

ZenFone 9 too same problem. When you put simcart data ok. And then one time you call data go away. And not come again.

If you don't use volte, it's normal, 3g network usually doesn't support calls and data connection at the same time.
