My biggest hesitation before buying this phone was the reports of lousy photos, especially when considering it's Google Pixel counterparts.
After a while of comparing photos of the two phones in store, and now between the stock cam and gcam, I have to say I much prefer the stock camera on the Zenfone.
While the colours are slightly oversaturated, it's technically closer to reality than what the gcam and Pixel capture - which are just very dull, flat and AI washed.
Idk what to tell you, maybe it's just my preference but so happy I took a chance! If camera is the main thing stopping you from buying this phone then don't worry about it 🙂
