Zenfone 10 Bluetooth Audio problems

My Zenfone 10 apparently doesn't have a reliable connection to blue tooth headphones. 

I've tried 3 sets (Sony wf-1000m5, jaba elite 10, jabra elite 7).

When the phone goes on my pocket the connectivity drops and it becomes unusable with Bluetooth headphones. Even holding the phone at arms length causes connectivity issues and constant audio drops/desync. 

Holding the phone closer to my earbuds fixes the issue. 

Any fixes?

Zenfone 10 Bluetooth issues: Experiencing poor connectivity with multiple Bluetooth headphones (Sony, Jabra) on Zenfone 10. Connection drops when phone is in pocket or at arm's length. I'm using Realme Buds Q2s, and also using BT in car, there's no such problems, maybe your is faulty.

Works perfectly in my car. I've seen others have similar reported problems.on this forum. Could be a bad run or phones or something.

I found a pair of Bluetooth headphones that work. Jabra Active Pro 7s don't have this issue. These are 3 years old at this point in time. 

There seems to be a Bluetooth issue with these phones.. maybe the signal lacks bandwidth for higher fidelity ear plugs?
