USB OTG not supported ?

Hi,

When plugging a USB OTG key, it is not recognize in file explorer.

My 2 OTG key works fine on 2 samgung device and a Honor 9.

How do you configure the Zenfone to accept OTG ?

My Key are NTFS or Exfat formatted

I've found that if you plug a OTG key, you can format it on the phone, and copy file to the key.

But this key is then not compatible with Windows (or with my TV on WebOS)

On my old phone, I used the key to transfer big file between phone and computer.

I just remembered. Previously with Android 13 I copied big files with the same flash drive with NTFS. It worked. After getting Android 14 it's gone.

Very disappointing.

And answering on your suggestion, mine flash drive after formating into FAT32 by Zenfone with Android 14 first time didn't work on my laptop with Windows 10. But after several formating into NTFS, exFAT, then FAT32 finally it's recognising by Windows.

But the problem is in Android 14 on our smartphone. Sad.
