Hello I purchased a zen phone 10 new an I'm putting in the serial number to use Asus website for updates an stuff it's not going thru

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean.
Downloading drivers or firmware from our website does not require entering a serial number.
Are you experiencing issues with product registration?
