I've made the decision to switch from IOS to android by getting the new Zenfone 10 and besides a small learning curve, I have never been more happy. This phone is perfect and I really don't want another unless I'm forced to.
I got home from work last night and suddenly I'm seeing (no Sim) for both sin cards, each from a different provider.
I've tried troubleshooting methods like airplane, restart, system updates, removing Sim and rebooting in safe mode then erasing all Sim data through the toolkit and restarting again then finally inserting Sim. Still nothing. I haven't dropped the device, there's never been water in contact with it and I'm just stumped.
I really have no other fixes I can see at this stage and don't want to switch back to IOS cause of this

I'd recommend you visit your closest ASUS service center and get your device examined.
