No battery usage by apps while NOT charging

Zenfone 10 - 8 GB - 256 GB Android 14 34.1004.0204.201

When I go to Settings > Battery it says "Not charging" under the charge % bar. That's right, I disconnected the charger when I woke up this morning.

When I go to Battery usage, it does not show the usage by apps. Below it shows a notification (i) "Battery usage and screen time are not measured while the phone is charging"
This has always been the case in the first 10 - 15 minutes after charging. But it is halfway the afternoon now. Restarting the phone does not help. How can I de-confuse my phone?

I did not change anything, but the list of apps with their % battery usage suddenly appeared an hour ago. At first 'System apps' was using over 80% but an hour later that is down to 20% and Asus Launcher is top-scorer with 28%. But that's just percentages, absolute usage is must be low, because it claims I have 6 days, 14 hrs. left.
