Missing ability to turn off sync for some Google account items

I just got my Zenfone 10 and am puzzled by the lack of controls for what gets synced from my Google accounts. I operate several accounts and do not want to sync all Google services from each one.  I can't seem to find anything similar on the Asus phone - has it moved? Is it disabled and if so why?

Also I've looked over the settings for accounts and there only other option I could see which could affect this might be "Automatically sync app data" and that's disabled.

For reference this is what I'm expecting - toggles for each Google service under that specific account.
