Can you elaborate on the issue? Are you facing issues with the grid size? (Long press the home screen> Preferences > Home Screen > Grid Size)

you got an unwanted app on dock bar? Just long press on the icon and drag that out (or drag something in the spaces instead if you want to add apps on the bar). The dock can have max 5 apps pinned in it.
