In-call volume to high

Frequency of Occurrence: Allways

Volume is too high.
When I call or receive calls, the volume is way too high and you can't turn down the volume.

The telenon is new and the problem has been there from the start. I've tried rebooting (factory reset) without success.

Anyone else who has this problem?

I've been through all the menu items and am confident I won't overlook anything. I can turn the volume up and down when listening to podcasts.

I still Have the problem. I now the volume is set to 0. But the volume is to high.

I had that exact problem with incall volume when I first set up the phone.

It disappeared as I updated to WW_33.0220.0220.52 - only to be replaced by the incall (and device volume) disappearing a while after a reboot.

ie. I reboot, then have normal sound from 15min to hours. then all device sound disappears until next reboot. I have the experience it lasts longer if the screen is facing up and not blocked, but that is highly subjective.

Is the volume also too high right after a reboot (not reset) ?

Odd detail. We're both Danes. 

I wonder if it's the batch of phones for this market. Will have to try another sim as well if no one else sees this.
