How to tell international versus North American from settings?

My zenfone 10 has had weird spots of no service. It might be T-Mobile or it might be the phone. How do I confirm it is the North American version?

It should normally be on NR 71 (SA 5G) except for a few spots in the US.  If a cell band checker shows it never using it, it's not the US model.
