Do the camera lenses scratch easily?

Hey! I recently got the Zenfone 10 and I'm worried how easily the back camera might scratch with daily use (by which I don't mean falls, but generally resting on tables and such with the camera facing down). I know they sell glass protectors for the lenses, but I also read several comments saying they interfere with picture quality. Any feedback you can give me?

I think it is fine. I got one decent scratch since it was released. I'm not really careful and scratches don't really matter to me. There is also a slight bump around the lenses which prevents some scratches in my opinion.
