Disable Audio Wizard/Dirac?

Hello...

How on earth do you disable the built in EQ when you're using BT headphones? My Technics EAH-AZ80 doesn't sound nearly as loud/good as on my Sony phone...

Also my Bluetooth audio is cutting out as soon as I put the phone in my pocket...

Wtf is this? Both the phone and earbuds support Bluetooth 5.3...shouldn't be happening at all.

I tried to disallow the setting for "system modify" in the app settings, it improved things a bit , but my Sony is still much louder and clearer from the exact same pair of headphones, playing the exact same song in the same app...

Frankly ridiculous...is the Z10 using some cheaper modem?

Edit...

My fault, I forgot that my music app had "normalize volume" as standard when installing it fresh, so when I disabled it the volume came back..

Still having occasional issues with the sound cutting out when putting it my pocket.

regarding EQ
Music is default flat setting
and dynamic uses music setting for "music" apps example Spotify.
