Detailed description：The laptop no longer charges! Power cable ok. Battery used to get really hot! What should I do - go to a repair centre to replace the battery?

Hi there,
Please disconnect all cable and external device from the laptop.
Long press the power button for 40 second to reboot the laptop.
And then see if the charging is back to work.
If not, please kindly send both eh adapter and the laptop to our service center for further examination.
