In the device manager/network adapters there is an ! beside the intel(r) wireless-ac 9560 and it has an error 10
Unistalled the device - no change
Restored system to an earlier restore point - no change

you need to completely remove the problem driver and then Download correct driver from intel website or from asus support site and then install driver again', then restart windows OS.
