Zenbook Duo - in MyASUS app the "Software Updates" and "App Deals" section got disabled

Hi, When I bought Zenbook duo I was having all the options in MyASUS app enabled. However now the 2 sections "Software Updates and "App Deals" are disabled. I tried updating MyASUS app from windows store, but it still did not help
Please let me know how to get it back

Hi @Arav, we would suggest you to uninstall MyAsus first (Settings -> Apps -> MyAsus). After it is uninstalled, please update ASUS System Control Interface V2(Driver) from this link: https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ZenBook-Pro-Duo-UX581GV/HelpDesk_Download/ (in the "Others" section).
The last step is to reinstall MyAsus app from Microsoft Store and see if both functions work. Please let me know if you have any problem during the procedure. Thanks!
