Bought a new Laptop recently - Zenbook 14 OLED UX 3402ZA. May i know whether this laptop will support both 3.5 mm jack and type-c headphones.
Type-C headphone is not currently working - Its not detected in device manager. Any Drivers update required or any settings change will make this work?
Hello poorani703 and thank you for reaching out. According to the UX3402ZA's specifications on the official website (check the link below), the I/O Ports only support one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A.
