Splendid .icm file missing while installing

Frequency of occurrence: Every installation attempt
Reset OS: Windows 10

Detailed description：When im installing the splendid app after a full drive formatting and installing windows 10 .It is  showing an error .icm file missing and role back the installation . Please guide me how can I install splendid now.
