Last edited by manankukreti on 2019/11/27 17:27 I just got my new UX434 and the screen pad 2.0 doesn't turn on at all. When I switch the touchpad modes, my touchpad starts acting weird and I have to do a three finger tap to make it work normally and sometimes it randomly starts showing touches on my main display. Tried reinstalling all the drivers and did a factory reset too but the Screen pad still doesn't turn on at all. I can't even launch the screenpad windows app. Extremely disappointed.

I have installed all the drivers mentioned and they do show up in device manager. However, I don't see any drivers for a touchpad in the mouse section but do see one in the hidden ones. Is this normal? Here are the screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/kwtqRQ4
