Screen pad 2.0 doesn't work.

Last edited by manankukreti on 2019/11/27 17:27 I just got my new UX434 and the screen pad 2.0 doesn't turn on at all. When I switch the touchpad modes, my touchpad starts acting weird and I have to do a three finger tap to make it work normally and sometimes it randomly starts showing touches on my main display. Tried reinstalling all the drivers and did a factory reset too but the Screen pad still doesn't turn on at all. I can't even launch the screenpad windows app. Extremely disappointed.

Hello manankukreti, Do you mean when you click "ScreenXpert" the screenpad is not on? Are you able to switch mode by F6? Thank you.

I'm not able to turn it on in any way. I think the screenpad has issues with the backlit because If I try to switch monitors in the settings I sometimes can see the screenpad contents on my main display.
