keybord and osc does not match please help

Hi i am using the zenbook 14 UX434F model and windows 10 pro . M physical keyboard and the osk doesnt match so some special letters does not match what can i do .is the it the language coz i am usising the us keyboard

And did you add a different language input in Settings?
