Hi,
I've bought my Asus laptop almost 3 years ago. Everything works fine until today. I have two 24" screen that I want to plug on my Asus laptop. I plug one screen on HDMI, which worked fine until today, then I bought an HDMI to USB-C adapter to plug my HDMI to my USB-C port which should support DisplayPort right ? Am I correct ?
I'm using the same configuration with my professional laptop & everything is working like a charm.
I've checked on the documentation to be sure that the USB-C is can display video but it doesn't work.
First of all, can someone confirm that I can use an external monitor since the USB-C port on the Asus UX333FA-A4077T 13" model ?
Second, the error message is something like :
"Display connection might be limited"
Thanks ! hope I can find a solution, maybe an hdmi to usb port ?
