Brand New UX434FA camera working intermittently

Detailed description：I just bought a brand new zenbook and when using teams or zoom my camera suddenly stops working. and after a while it goes back on, I´ve restaured the notebook, updated the system, re-installed the driver.. Should I just return my notebook and go for another model or brand?????

Was there any error message when the issue occurred?
