Detailed description：
WIFI is connected but unstable. web access very slow or fails. Speedtest reports no problem. I found that PING fails 25% of the time. If using an ethernet connection everything is fine. WIFI is also fine using an old laptop with a first generation I5 processor. this laptop is brand new so if warranted I can probably return it for a replacement. I am hoping for a software or firmware fix...

May you help to check if your BIOS and Windows are all up to date?
and have you tried to use this F512D with another Wifi hotspot to see if there is the same issue?
