Detailed description:
On 14th May 2020, I updated Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver Version 2013.14.0.1529 WHQL on windows 10 64bit 2004_19041.264.
Also, I updated Intel Management Engine Firmware v11.8.77.3664 on 30-04-2020.
Moreover, i enabled spectra vulnerability fix by registry keys. Those registry keys are available in support.microsoft.com.

I taken high risk for updating latest firmwres and drivers because of intel indentified the vulnerabilities in management engine firmware.
I downloaded Intel Management Engine Interface driver from below website.

NOTE:: 
This version 2016.14.0.1555 includes Intel ME interface driver 2013.14.0.1529, Before downloading and installing in your laptops or desktop, Check with your computer manufacturer support website.
I am not responsible for the inconvenience caused due to unbootable or BSOD errors or any problems. 
And I took the risk, and updated myself, i know what i am doing and how to solve the problems.
