Photoshop Elements 2024

I have an issue with Photoshop Elements and my Asus Laptop M1505Y. I simply cannot get into PS editor. I have spoken to Adobe and they say it is because my computer is not updated. I have updated what I can on line but it still does not work. Can someone help?

Here are the steps for driver updates and the download links for the files.

If you still cannot open and use the software, we recommend restoring the system and then reinstalling the software to confirm if the issue is caused by other software. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

I have a call set up with Adobe is Rhode Island USA for between 1600 and 1630. Lets see what the guys and dolls say and if the probelm is there side.

If I can come right with them I most likely need you help in installing these new drivers.
