Laptop : Asus VivoBook Gaming Core i5 8th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650) F571GT-BQ619T Gaming Laptop  (15.6 inch, Star Black, 2.14 kg)
I want the dual boot i.e. ubunto and windows.

Ubuntu uses core boot process. Also it needs to disable secure boot, enable csm in bios.
Use rufus software to create bootable USB pendrive from ubuntu iso file.
Download only iso file from ubuntu official site, that site Also contains tips how to install on laptop
