Black Screen When Trying To Start-up Laptop

Detailed description：
When i start-up my laptop the screen remains black but the laptop is on. I have to to switch my laptop off and on, to get it to start-up correctly . This has now happened 7 times in the last 2 months and its now happening more frequently.

boot windows os into safe mode, then go to device manager, uninstall Builtin Intel or AMD graphics driver, thne restart windows.
while starting windows , windows will automatically install default graphics driver.

Hello Missgiggle,
Do you have an external monitor to connect to then check if the external monitor can show normally?
If so, then there might be an issue with the cable connection of the built in screen.
Please kindly send the device to service center for further examination and repair.

then in normal mode, type Device manager in search box, select device manager, go to display adapter, find intel or amd graphics card, right click on that , uninstall it, then restart windows.
