😥Product under warranty. battery issue. onsite service person told me battery not available
( now I am using like pc searching for power socket )

I think at present battery might not available , but it will be available in coming days. contact to customer care and complain again

May we clarify the original issue and the current issue?
The original issue was the device can not boot,
and now after replacing the motherboard, you are able to boot the device but only when it is plugged in to AC?
