Asus VivoBook S513EP "Serial number is incorrect"

Hello,
I have just purchased a VivoBook S513EP and cannot register it on the Asus webpage. I have verified and I am typing in the correct serial number. Even on the MyASUS app, where the serial number is automatically inserted, the registration fails.
Can someone assist me please?

Same issue for a VivoBook S533EA.
Checked serial number several times and also does not work through MyASUS where the serial number is pre-identified.
Have attempted to make contact via the email function but the serial number does not register.

Go to BIOS , you can see the correct serial number

also type wmic bios get serialnumber in command prompt with admin rights
you will get correct serial number .

I have the same issue of registering my new vivobook X513EP. I went into my profile page to register and it says serial number incorrect. I validated the serial number using the suggested command and it still says that the serial number is incorrect.
